We replace tired or unsafe fuse boards with a modern consumer unit built to current standards — individual RCBOs on every circuit so a fault trips only that circuit and leaves the rest of the house on, a surge protection device (SPD) to guard your electronics, and a non-combustible metal enclosure. Tested, certified to BS 7671 and self-certified under NAPIT.

A home EV charge point installed and certified — the cable route, load and position all worked out around your property so it's neat, safe and future-proof. Installed to current building regulations and the wiring regulations, with the supply checked to make sure your board can carry the extra load.

A full inspection and Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) — the certificate landlords are legally required to hold, letting agents ask for, and buyers rely on before purchase. We test the installation, record every observation with its code, and give you a clear report on what's satisfactory and what needs attention.

Grade-A mains-powered smoke and heat detection, interlinked so that when one alarm sounds they all do, with battery back-up. Installed to current UK standards for new builds, extensions, rented homes and HMOs — the level of protection modern regulations expect.

From extra sockets and a smart-home upgrade to a full bespoke lighting design — recessed LED downlights, feature and wall lighting indoors, and garden and outdoor lighting. We plan the layout around how you use the space, then install and certify it.

Full domestic rewires for older properties, and complete wiring for extensions — first fix, second fix, testing and certification. We plan the circuits, run the cable, connect it back to the board and hand over a properly documented installation certified to BS 7671.

The electrical side of a kitchen renovation — dedicated circuits for ovens, hobs and appliances, socket layouts worked around the units, under-cabinet and island lighting, and everything tested and certified. We work in with your kitchen fitter so the wiring lands exactly where it needs to.

When a circuit keeps tripping, a socket's dead or something isn't right, we track the fault down properly with the right test equipment rather than guessing. Once it's found, we repair it, retest the circuit and confirm it's safe with the correct certificate.

The jobs a lot of firms won't turn out for — swapping a light fitting, adding a socket, sorting an outdoor supply, a bit of minor domestic work. Same standard of workmanship and certification whatever the size, and the same person on the phone.

Fitting individual RCBOs — residual-current breakers with overcurrent protection built in — to each circuit. If there's a fault, only the affected circuit trips and the rest of the property stays live, so a single problem never leaves you in the dark. A neater, safer alternative to a couple of shared RCDs.
